In the fourth quarter of 2024, the subscription games market in El Salvador saw varied performance among the top five apps, according to Sensor Tower data. These insights provide a glimpse into the weekly trends of downloads and active users.

Squid Game: Unleashed launched in December, quickly gaining momentum with downloads rising from just 59 to over 15K by the end of the month. This growth was mirrored in active users, which surged from 53 to approximately 17.6K.

Storyteller experienced a steady increase in downloads, peaking at nearly 500 by the end of December. Active users followed a similar upward trend, reaching over 3.2K. Revenue was minimal, with only a few spikes throughout the quarter.

GTA: Vice City – NETFLIX maintained a consistent download rate, with figures hovering around 100 to 260. Active users showed a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, dropping from over 3.2K to about 2.5K.

Sonic Prime Dash saw a gradual increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads grew from around 100 to over 220, while active users rose from 798 to over 1K by the quarter's end.

Lastly, SpongeBob: Get Cooking showed stability with downloads increasing slightly throughout the quarter, reaching 151 in the final week. Active users remained steady, closing the quarter at about 1.7K.
